TokenTooken is a male rap, but moving on to indie rock, artist. He started making music in July of 2024 and released his first song, “Victim.” Starting out bad, as his lyrics were, lets just say, absolute dogshit with terrible production in which he didn’t even rap on beat with. After a few months, he released his first album, “The Sideways Beginnings” where it was basically just the first dogshit song but 11 more songs equally, and sometimes worse, or barely any better dogshit. After that project, he began immediately working on music for a new album, trying to make it personal to his life. He released 2 tracks to his second album, “A Person’s Personal Life” where his lyricism slightly improved a lot, as well as his production. He was still rapping off beat, but it was way better than before. He spent a while in silence, working on the new album, when finally, on September 6th, 2025, he dropped the album. 19 songs, telling a personal story of the embarrassments and insecurities he had, wanting to share how he felt. On this album, on the track “BITTERSWIIIT RELATIIINS” (and some lyrics on the song prior, limelight/spotlight) he comes out as a homosexual male and talks about his struggles to come out to anyone and how he’s embarrassed about himself. This album, after the 5th track, finally has him start rapping on beat of the songs and is an improvement on all fronts. After that album dropped, he started to work on another album, which has been cancelled, as he decided the albums story wasn’t unique, and as situations were happening in his real life on which he wanted to write about. He eventually released a single, which was supposed to be from this album but, as the album was cancelled, just exists as a single now. And now in 2026, he’s been going in a different direction, trying to make an indie rock album, titled, “putting walking corpses in their graves.” With two singles for it released already. The songs “Cloudy Memories (Very Demo Instrumental version)” and “IneedyoubackIneedyoubackIneedyouback” which is the first song we hear him going into more indie rock stylized production and singing. He tries out vocals for the first time on the song and creates a well-made chorus. It’s unknown when the albums coming out, but as I, the artist am writing this as no one cares about me (sob) I’d say I’d probably finish it up around the end of 2026, to the start or middle of 2027, depending on how long I spend trying to adjust the album and how long it takes to record and produce songs and rewrite some. I’ve written all songs so far, but a lot of them are terrible, so I’m going back to rewrite far better versions. Yeah.
