Handsome Boy Modeling School is a collaborative project by legendary producers Dan the Automator (Dr. Octagonecologyst) and Prince Paul (3 Feet and Rising, 6 Feet Deep). Donning fake mustaches and fitted suits they created the fictional characters of Chest Rockwell (Prince Paul) and Nathaniel Merriweather (Dan The Automator) to satirize and mock the materialistic, self absorbed, and narcissistic qualities of the upper class. With a wide range of collaborators and a unique sense of humor they released two albums titled So…How’s Your Girl and White People in 1999 and 2004 respectively. The group broke up in 2006 due to a business dispute between its two members. However they reunited in 2018 to play a concert in New York City and announced plans to release a new album.
