Bulldozer is an Italian blackened thrash band formed in 1980 by Dario Carria, Erminio Galli, and Andy Panigada. The band did an instrumental demo before changing its name to Bulldozer, with the original name for the band being “Barraküda”. In said demo, they only ended up recording 2 songs, “Labirinth” and “Bulldozer”, which remained unreleased until 2025.

In late 1983, Panigada was contacted again by Carria & Galli and introduced AC Wild to them, reuniting Bulldozer with him as frontman and recording their first single, titled “Fallen Angel”, the following year. Due to some problems with their parents, Galli and Carria left the band shortly before the Roadrunner contract was signed. Don Andras was brought in as drummer, and Wild took on bass duties, giving birth to their “classic” trio lineup.

In 2008, the band reactivated again with AC Wild, Andy Panigada, and Manu Collato (drummer from Death Mechanism). In late 2019, the band went on hiatus as Wild announced his retirement, but in 2021, they resumed recording and performing live.
