A codeine taco usually refers to wrapping codeine pills in something (like food or paper) to swallow them, often to mask the taste, make it easier to take multiple pills at once, or sometimes imply non-medical / recreational use.

DMT is a strong psychedelic drug, which means it can affect all the senses, altering a person’s thinking, and even visual distortion.

Trailies refers to tracers, a common visual hallucination on psychedelics. Tracers are most associated with LSD, which jaydes is known to have taken quite a bit of.

When someone says “Tree cyclopses and wormholes everywhere” while on drugs, it’s basically a raw description of hallucinations and altered perception.

The repetitiveness of these lines further instill his feelings of melancholy towards cracking his head, and to an extent his life.

In despite of a situation as serious cracking your head open, Jaydes says he doesn’t care. He’s mostly likely saying this due to the drugs he’s on making him not in the right mind space to be able to assess how much of a dangerous situation he’s in.

Whenever you’re on drugs, you might wake up in unfamiliar places because you’re not in a right state of mind.

jaydes has a history of using substances such as MDMA, LSD, and others—rapping about it throughout some of his tracks like this one.

After he was temporarily released from jail on bond, he admitted to smoking crack in an alleyway just before his mugshot was taken:

So I was doing some crack in a fucking alley, and […] I had got picked up by feds, right, and it was like six or seven of them during my intake that had grabbed me up and […] [one of them] kind of grabbed me wrong, so I punched bro in his shit, and seven of them fucking [started] punching [me and] kicking me down.

This refers to the myth that a bird pooping on you is “lucky”, saying he got bird poop in his hair.

Could be a direct continuation of the previous line, since jaydes is known to be an avid user of psychedelics, the line could mean whenever he hallucinates he prefers to keep his gaze away from said hallucinations.
