Fredrick Wilburn (born February 27, 1994) is a rapper, producer, and designer from St. Louis, Missouri who resides in Los Angeles, California. His moniker is pronounced “Why Yes,” stemming from his alternate nickname, “Yes Freddy.”

In January 2019, he released an 8-track EP titled Thnx 2 U. He followed this up with the Why, Yes? EP in November 2019.
