Andrew DeGrasse (born September 15, 2001), better known by his stage name Yung Nugget, is a rapper and producer from Austin, Texas. He self-producers a majority of his music. Andrew also releases music as Andrew Garden and formerly produced under the name Degrasse Beats.

Yung Nugget released his first song “Real Nugget Hours” on December 31, 2017. He released his first EP of the same name, Real Nugget Hours, on August 17, 2018. He continued to consistently release singles throughout 2018 and 2019, with notable tracks like “Lightning Mcqueen” and “She Took The Kids” with Shotgun Willy and Yung Craka.

On August 24, 2019, Nugget released second EP, 8 Piece Meal. It featured notable song such as “Bruh Moment.”

2020 would end up being one of Yung Nugget’s most successful years, with viral tracks like “Simp Detector,” “The Imposter” and “Stay Strapped” with the MC Virgins releasing in the first half alone.

Following this success, Yung Nugget released his third EP Summertime Snacks on August 28, 2020. It featured notable songs such as “What’s Your Kik?” and “OnlyFans Girl.” This would unknowingly be Yung Nugget’s final project. He ended off 2020 by releasing “Catfished!” with KamJam.

Yung Nugget only released one song in 2021, that being “Down Bad” on March 5th. On December 11, 2021, Andy uploaded a video to his YouTube channel announcing his retirement as Yung Nugget. He revealed that he would still continue to make music, just under his other persona, Andrew Garden.

After over 2 years with no releases, Yung Nugget returned on March 15, 2024 with “BIGTIME HOTSHOT CEO.”
