Young the Saint, or YTS, is a Jersey-based songwriter, rapper, and producer.

Raised in New Jersey, he knew from an early age his purpose revolved around working in entertainment. YTS first started recording vocals over YouTube beats in 2016 after being inspired by hometown artists Shotta Spence and Bennie Bates.

While studying entertainment management at Drexel University in Philadelphia, he decided he would teach himself how to make his own beats. These efforts culminated in his first EP, A Blessing in the Skies, being released in June of 2018 as a senior thesis project, with each of the five songs being self-produced and recorded.

After taking some time off to hone his production skills, YTS released “Heart Beat Drop,” and from that point forward, began to put out one single each month. This led to the release of his first self-made record, JUDESWORLD, in November of 2019.

Since the beginning of 2020, Young the Saint has released eleven singles, most recently, “Bruce Wayne,” and “White Duffle Supreme.”

His music seeks to inspire its listeners with lyrics that focus on conquering your inner demons, coupled with a production style best described as a mix of ambient cloud rap with definitive trap undertones.
