Born on August 22, 1995, in the vibrant Amirjan settlement of Baku, Azerbaijan, Yap10 emerged onto the music scene in 2012 with his debut track, “Ağarıbmı repin rəngi.” However, it was in 2020 that he took the leap into the realm of professional music with his inaugural album, “Marieda.” Characterized by an early emphasis on speed and technique, Yap10 evolved in his later career, infusing his music with a dynamic range of styles and genres.

A dedicated advocate for promoting the Azerbaijani language globally through his art, Yap10 briefly pursued a degree in Design and Technology at Azerbaijan University of Economics but ultimately chose to follow his passion for music. In 2014, he was welcomed into the prestigious Synaps Records, the largest hip-hop label in Azerbaijan, marking a pivotal moment in his journey. Notably, the years 2016-2017 witnessed Yap10’s collaboration with Epi, resulting in the massive success of “Tək Qalmışam,” which surpassed 10 million streams. Breaking into the mainstream in 2018 with the summer hit “Bakı Bizə Miami,” garnering over 7 million views on YouTube, Yap10 solidified his standing in the industry.

The following years saw him navigate experimental tracks before venturing into composing. Simultaneously, Yap10 made waves in the rap battle scene, earning admiration and love from audiences far and wide.
