Willie Will is a Christian rapper and former pastor. He has been releasing music since 2000 and has worked alongside top CHH artists such as Shai Linne and Ambassador. In the early 2010s, Will served as a pastor for Seattle’s Mars Hill church and became lead pastor at the Rainier Valley campus. However, he stepped down in 2013 after his wife revealed that he had engaged in adultery.

Feeling “disqualified” from creating gospel-centered music, Will retired from rap while rehabilitating his family relationships. He returned to the CHH scene in 2016 with a sprawling 50-song LP, The GIFT. In 2018’s Fight of My Life, Part 1: The Knockout, Will opens up about his affair, his fall from ministry, and his repentance.
