Growing up he spent most of his time daydreaming creating lush worlds in his mind, from there the name VYGR was formed. In love with the escapism of music, his mission is to guide his listeners to new feelings and new experiences.

VYGR was raised in the greater Chicago area constantly moving from the west side of the city to the southside suburbs. Eventually he would move on his own to Orlando for a few years and then LA, finally heading back home to IL.

As a child VYGR loved music, playing the piano and joining choir but as he got older he fell in love with the world of cinema, even graduating from film school. Cinema is a big influence in everything he does, even in his music.

Armed with everything he has learn he set off to make noise in the music industry, creating music that inspires the world to think different, open minds and influence the youth with positivity.
