Joseph Bruce, better known by his stage name Violent J, is one half of the horrorcore rap duo Insane Clown Posse. He is a co-founder of Psychopathic Records and has helped write several songs for upcoming artists on the label.

He has also contributed as a member of multiple other Psychopathic Records rap groups, including Golden Goldies, Psychopathic Rydas, Dark Lotus, Soopa Villainz, The Killjoy Club, and 3 Headed Monster.
