Vertte is a band from Jember, East Java, Indonesia, bringing a Midwest-emo touch inspired by American groups like American Football, but with a sound that leans more toward indie pop. In the local scene, their music sits comfortably alongside bands such as Murphy Radio and Eleventwelft.

They released a four-track EP in 2023, marking their first official introduction. Vertte consists of three members: a vocalist who originally comes from a hardcore band in Jember, a bassist rooted in punk, and a close friend whose intricate guitar work forms the foundation of their Midwest-leaning riffs.
