From a spark that was once nothing came something. sixx, born Josue Zelaya, is the alter ego of artist ihylumi. The name sixx started off as a nickname given to him during his 2023 debut with the track inline6ix off the BLCK DEMONS album released by ihylumi.

He followed up with his second release under the luminestry label, the track FEAR IS LUST, layered with melodic synths and dreamy, ethereal vocals. Soon after, he unveiled his solo debut delta nine, a harder, more aggressive record that revealed a deeper side of his character.

sixx has stated publicly about his inspirations, Drawing heavy inspiration from artists like Bladee, XXXTENTACIONS, and Yung Lean, sixx blends emotional depth with raw intensity, carving out a sound that reflects both his vulnerability and power.
