Unknown P is the alter ego of British comedian Munya Chawawa.

Unknown P began as a character on Chawawa’s social media. He gained popularity through a 2019 Fire in the Booth with Charlie Sloth, and went on to release his debut single, “Piers Morgan”, in November 2020. This was followed by a “Daily Duppy” freestyle in December of the same year, and a third single, “Pain au Chocolat”, in August 2021.

Unknown P continues to infrequently appear on Munya’s social media, though the rapper has not formally released music since “Pain au Chocolat”.
