TRPP is a three-piece shoegaze band from South Korea that formed in 2021. According to the fictional universe of the band, the band comprises Chi Chi Cliché, a Chinese-French woman who settled in South Korea, Furukawa Yukio, a Japanese guy running a ramen shop, Elephant 999, a man of undetermined nationality who has even forgotten his name.
Aside from the lore of the band TRPP is a band formed by singer songwriter Yoon Jiyoung, Kang Wonwoo and Jeong Bonggil.
Since their formation, the band has released two albums, the self-titled TRPP (2021) and Here to Stay (2022) via Magic Strawberry Sound.
