Tree Adams is a composer, artist, and producer. He is most known for his work composing scores for comedy television series Sirens, spinoff drama-crime series NCIS: New Orleans, and CW’s post-apocalyptic television series The 100.

Adams was born in New York City and was involved with piano at a young age, also including guitar as an interest later on. Adams became known due to his role of the frontman/lead singer of a rock band called the Hatters, releasing several records on Atlantic.

His first official chance at composing scores came when his band was recording their last album. He was asked to produce an end title song for a studio feature film, and that was the start of his score composing/producer career. He soon quit touring life in NYC and settled in LA, California, after the band disbanded not soon after.

Some of his early work in the composing field include the soundtrack for the movie Poor White Trash, 2007 drama film Wasted, High School drama-comedy film Knuckle Sandwich, and comedy movie The Definite Maybe. Recent projects include the soundtracks for television The 100, Action television series Legends, and crime series Lethal Weapon.
