ToxiPlays, also known as Trixie Cabi, jwlz, the Cult Crusher, and the Arcade Cabinet collective, is a rapper, singer, songwriter, voice actor and web developer from Southern California. They founded the indie record label Toxadil in 2021, and produce music under the moniker of GoVyral. As of May 2026, they are an Editor, Transcriber, and Mediator for Genius.com, contributing as @toxi.

Toxi describes their music as “a kind of sound that [people] haven’t heard before,” blending the brash energy of underground hip-hop with the instrumentation of electronic dance music and the grandiosity of contemporary gospel. They previously listed Quadeca, quinn, Baby Keem and Brent Jones as their main musical inspirations.

Funnily enough, Toxi initally started making music with unofficial remixes themed around the shooter game Team Fortress 2, which are (largely) still available today. Their first publicly available song on YouTube, “You Do Not Listen” from early 2017, fits this theme. This trend of TF2 remixes would go on until the latter half of 2019.

Toxi officially debuted in May 2023 with the Rewind & Remix mixtape, employing an alternate reality game with side project h1d3out to roll out the mixtape in a cryptic manner. The mixtape is filled with remixes of classic hip-hop tracks, both from the old-school and more recent eras.

A month later, Toxi publicly acknowledged their experience with dissociative identity disorder (DID) for the first time. They took to Genius to go into further detail, explaining specifically how it affects them as a Genius contributor.

In October of that same year, Toxi dropped Level Select to debut on streaming platforms, leaning into their DID experience as their first time releasing under the Arcade Cabinet moniker.

Toxi would go on to sign to AQUATIC RECORDS three years later. Their first release under the label would be her three-track EP DON’T KNOCK THE GRIND, which released on February 25, 2026.
