Top Dawg Entertainment is an independent record label based out of Carson, California. TDE was founded in 2004 by Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith. Some of TDE’s signature artists include Isaiah Rashad, SZA, Lance Skiiiwalker, SiR, Reason, Zacari, Ray Vaughn, Doechii, Alemeda, and the flagship Black Hippy members—Kendrick Lamar, Jay Rock, Schoolboy Q and Ab-Soul.
Kendrick Lamar officially left TDE in 2022, following the release of Mr. Morale and the Big Steppers.
