Toby Fox (born October 11, 1991) is an indie game developer and music composer, best known for creating Undertale and its episodic spin-off, Deltarune. Prior to the release of these games, Fox also created music for his Earthbound “Halloween Hack” and Andrew Hussie’s webcomic, Homestuck.
