thenewno2 is a British band consisting of Dhani Harrison, Paul Hicks, Jonathan Sadoff, Jeremy Faccone, Frank Zummo, Aaron Older. The band formed in London in 2006 following past collaborations between Harrison and Hicks, drawing inspiration from the TV series The Prisoner for the band’s name as not to capitalise on Harrison’s name – he is the son of ex-Beatle George Harrison. Having released two studio albums, a handful of EPs and singles, and the soundtrack to Beautiful Creatures, the band has been inactive since 2014.
