The Prototypes are a British drum and bass production duo made up of Chris Garvey and Nick White. Their debut album, City of Gold, is slated for a May 2015 release on Viper Recordings. It features guest appearances from Donae'o, Ayah Marar, Mad Hed City and more.

Their bootlegs of Knife Party’s “LRAD” and Benga’s “Open Your Eyes”, as well as their remix of Bad Company’s “The Pulse”, have become sought-after dubplates in the drum and bass scene.
