The Flex are an English hardcore punk band from Leeds, West Yorkshire, England, formed in 2012. The band’s current lineup consists of vocalist Sam Laycock, guitarists Liam Fox and Dave Egan, bassist Andy Jones, and drummer Tom Pimlott.

Originally formed as Rick Flex, the band has issued a number of releases, including their Flexual Healing series, which usually consists of demos or live recordings.
