The Call was an American rock band from Santa Cruz, California. They were known for music that was simultaneously strident and melodic. The Call released nine studio albums before disbanding in 2000. Among their modern rock hits were “I Still Believe (Great Design), "Let the Day Begin,” and “The Walls Came Down.”
