Teenage Disaster
AKA: Thorne Aleksandr Baker, Thorne Baker
Thorne Aleksandr Baker (born June 20, 2001), better known by his stage name Teenage Disaster, is an American artist, animator, guitarist, and game developer.
Thorne started music in late 2016 with his first song “lingering memory.” Thorne would continue to make music until working with fellow artist Afourteen and doing the cover art for “RED SCHOOL BUS.” Soon after, Thorne and Afourteen would drop both of their most popular song to date, “SOMNIPHOBIA.” “SOMNIPHOBIA” would later lead to the two creating a duo band together titled GREKOM! which spanned across three songs through a self-titled EP of three singles before they decided it would just be better to make separate music under their own names.
In November of 2022, Thorne would go on to join the collective Spider Gang before being kicked out by Lil Darkie.
Yeah, Darkie kicked me out. I don’t know what to do with myself. Y'know, like, everything I wanted to was be in Spider Gang, and they just spit on me.
After being kicked out of Spider Gang, Thorne would continue to regularly collaborate with artists in the group, mainly Afourteen, before being signed to Atlantic Records in June of 2022. He would go on to release his debut album CREEP under the label, and continue to release music under them.
After the release of “Epitaph,” Thorne would take over a year-long break of dropping music on his main account, but continuing to release music under his alternate account whilst continuing to tease tracks for his upcoming album SMILE which features long-awaited tracks such as “boogeyman” and “Local Tragedy.”
