&TEAM is a Japanese boy group under YX LABELS, a subsidiary of HYBE Labels. The group consists of nine members: EJ, K, FUMA, NICHOLAS, YUMA, JO, HARUA, TAKI, and MAKI.

In December 2020, HYBE announced that the Global Debut Project for a new boy group would include former contestants of the Korean survival show I-LAND, where their concept partners ENHYPEN were formed. The former contestants included K, NICHOLAS, EJ, KYUNGMIN, and TAKI—with additional members to join after the new audition. However, in May 2021, it was announced that KYUNGMIN would depart from the company and the group.The additional members—FUMA, YUMA, JO, HARUA, and MAKI—were selected during the &AUDITION – The Howling - show that was broadcasted in Japan and streamed worldwide on YouTube in 2022.

The group debuted on December 7, 2022, with the mini album First Howling : ME.
