Taken By Tides is an American post-hardcore band based in San Antonio, Texas. The band consists of four friends who came together during the COVID-19 pandemic; vocalist Omar Martinez, guitarist Guillermo Rodriguez, bassist Jack Strunk, and drummer Jayden Mermella. Musically, Taken By Tides draws inspiration from a diverse range of traditions from metal and rock to pop and trap.
