T. Mason
Tyler Anthony Mason, ( born April 13, 1994) known professionally as T. Mason, is an American rapper and songwriter. Raised in Stone Mountain, Ga.
Mason began his musical career as an early teenager. Regarded as one of the most distinguished voices in Atlanta’s indie music scene, Mason has opened up for acts B.o.B, Future, EarthGang and J.I.D. In 2016, Mason began to secure a substantial internet following with the release of thought-provoking singles like “Faded” and “Money Come n’ Go”. After signing with independent record label, All Black Congress, Mason dropped his debut project, The T. Mason EP in 2017.
Not long after his EP release, Mason’s notoriety continued to grow securing over 100,000 streams online. This prompted national Hip-Hop festival, A3C, to seek out Mason for their 2017-2018 performance roster. Popular magazine Creative Loafing, also noted Mason as an MC with a “prominent voice” and a “progressive artists with a not-so-hidden agenda”. With only one project in Mason’s discography, fans grow in anticipation for the release of his Sophomore LP, Got Home Late releasing Summer 2019.
