Tithira Chandira Perera, professionally known as T. Chandy, is a Sri Lankan-born Canadian rapper, singer-songwriter, and record producer.

Raised in the northern capital of Ottawa, he began writing his first raps at the age of 10 after being gifted an old-school Phillips MP3 player by his parents.

Growing up, he’d spend countless hours studying verses from some of the greatest rappers. His music draws inspiration from artists like J. Cole, Childish Gambino and OutKast.

T. Chandy’s career started in November 2017 when he dropped his debut single, “The Introduction”. However, 2020 marked the beginning of a new era as Chandy dropped “Lost Boy”, his first self-produced track.

Since then, he has worked as a producer for other artists such as Delaad, Tiger Tchakounté, Banggz, Kar33m, and Greg Blanchet.
