Swain, formerly knows as This Routine Is Hell, are a punk/grunge band from the Netherlands and are currently located in Berlin. They consist of singer and bassist Noam Cohen, gitarrist Boy Tillekens and drummer Boris Brouwer and are known for their well-written lyrics, catchy hooks, and 90’s esque grungy sound.
