svn4vr (pronounced Seven Forever) is a British artist from Hertfordshire, England. While he hasn’t shown his face, he typically uses the likeness of Corbin Bleu, most well-known for his role as Chad Danforth in the High School Musical franchise. References and homage to the series is something that can be seen throughout svn4vr’s music and social media pages.

In his first ever interview, conducted over email by Pigeons & Planes, he had the following to say about when things started to click with his music:

When I started putting God first in terms of what I want to speak about, and speaking about things people could relate to, whether they’re spiritual or not. kitchen nightmares / cornrows and sick day is where that clicked. It seemed that people really saw a piece of themselves in those songs."

Svn’s earliest known work dates back to February 2023 with the no love lost EP which has since been removed from SoundCloud, however thanks to The Internet Archive and a reaction video online, one track has been re-uploaded. There is a second known EP from this era, after-school club with known producers and track lengths however it is currently lost media. During this period, svn was not yet set on his name and can be seen in the archives under the names “ForevaSvN” and “forevaSvn!”. He is also featured on a few tracks published to SoundCloud despite most of his older songs removed off platforms.

Svn4vr released his first official EP, Godwilling in July 2024 and since then has been releasing projects on a consistent basis. To this day, svn4vr still records all of music on his iPhone in a shed in his backyard.
