Sunny Side Down are a UK folk punk band made up of singer Maya (they/she), guitarist Jasper (he/him), bassist Alec (he/him) and drummer George (he/him).

Inspired by the likes of The Front Bottoms and Bears in Trees, and serving “indie pop with a healthy dose of Gen Z misery culture,” the band released their first two singles, “Garden Shed” and “2014 Honda Civic,” in 2022. This was quickly followed by their debut EP, Dog Food, in April 2023.

Since then, the band have continued to grow in popularity, supporting acts such as The Losing Score and even playing their first headline gig in London.
