Sumo Cyco is a punk metal female fronted band in Toronto, Canada whose current members are: Sever (formerly solo artist: Skye Sweetnam), Matt ‘MD’ Drake on lead guitar (Dodger), and Ken Thor Corke on bass guitar (Skye Sweetnam, Kazzer, Red Light King).

The band was formed in 2011 and they had their first show on an opening act for Hollywood Undead in Toronto.

One year later, they won Best-Female-Fronted Band at the Toronto Independent Music Awards of 2012.

On June 10, 2015 the band released their first album, Lost In Cyco City. The second one came in 2017, called Opus Mar.
