Stract (an acronym for Seeking To Reveal And Choose Truth) is a Filipino-American rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer from Los Angeles known for blending lo-fi textures with emotional storytelling. He first broke through in 2018 with the viral Shiloh Dynasty collaboration “Tell Me Why I’m Waiting,” setting the tone for a sound rooted in vulnerability and soul.

In 2019, he released his debut album Distractions, a self-crafted project shaped by sample flips, Rhodes piano, and spoken reflections. His 2019 single “Losing Interest,“ another collaboration with Shiloh Dynasty, caught fire online and led to a deal with CORBAL Records.

From 2020 to 2023, Stract released standout tracks like “More Than Words” featuring Mishaal Tamer, “IMY” with Jason Trinidad, and “just a memory” with Chyde, featuring michaelathebanana. As his sound evolved, he leaned further into R&B with “Sum Bout U,” a collaboration with longtime friend Crzma that marked the beginning of his LOVESTRUCK era. After reuniting with Shiloh Dynasty in 2023 for “4 My Girl,” he stepped into full independence.

He now leads his own label, Prosperous Music Group, alongside creative partners Crzma and Travie G. With “TAKE U DOWN”—a bold, melodic statement—he opened a new chapter grounded in ownership, growth, and timeless sound.
