Sonic the Hedgehog is a video game series that started back in 1991 and still runs strong today as a licence owned by SEGA Co. and making Sonic their main mascot. Most games feature the titular character Sonic the Hedgehog on one of his many adventures across time and space, but mainly staying on his own planet, Earth. Multiple Sonic spinoffs such as movies, cartoons, and anime have been created. Throughout Sonic’s history, there have been multiple ups and downs, but the music has always been a constant of excellent quality.
