Solya, who proudly calls herself the “Queen of Texas,” is an American singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist originating from West Texas, USA.

Born on April 6, 2006, Solya commands electric guitar, synthesizers, and piano with equal fluency, blending her sound with elements of rock, indie-pop, and electronic music. Much of her discography finds itself defined by dynamic vocal performances and emotional lyricism, with Solya composing, producing, and performing her early music entirely on her own.

Solya first emerged into the public eye in early 2023 at just 16 with her bedroom-produced 3-track debut EP, Fever Dream, establishing herself as a rising talent in indie and electronic-infused songwriting.

Following the release of Fever Dream, in February of 2023, Solya followed up with her second EP, Jewel Box, on October 11th, 2024. Unlike its predecessor, while also self-produced from home, the EP showcased a bolder, more expansive approach, weaving more alternative and indie pop elements into her signature sound.

By April 14, 2025, shortly after the release of her single, “Not Sorry,” Solya had moved into professional studio spaces, namely Club Sound Machine in Lockhart, Texas. There, she began translating her bedroom-born vision into fuller, richer productions, starting with “19,” her first studio-recorded single.
