Showtek is a Dutch duo formed by the siblings Sjoerd Janssen and Wouter Janssen in 2001, beginning with Techno House music and in 2003, moved to Hardstyle.

At that same time, the Hard Trance would be with the stage name Wait (Wouter) and the Hardstyle with Duro (Sjoerd).

In 2011, the duo have collaborated with Tiësto and Angger Dimas on We Rock on the alias Boys Will Be Boys before they announced that they would work together

The siblings also collaborated with Justin Prime on Cannonball and the featured version with Matthew Koma, Cannonball (Earthquake), Hardwell on the release of the single How We Do and the 2013’s release of Get Loose together with Noisecontrollers.
