Gianni Veloz, known better by his stage-name Shinigami, is a vocalist and producer from Lodi, New Jersey, known for his genre-blending approach to music, spanning from emo rap, electronic dance music, post-hardcore, and metalcore, creating a unique fusion of emotionally charged, high-energy sounds.

He has been a frequent collaborator of 93FEETOFSMOKE, Fats'e, and Holy Mountain, who is his blood cousin. In the past, he has collaborated with rock bands Belmont, and From First to Last.
