She Is We is the third project by singer-songwritter Rachel Taylor.

While starting off in the music scene through the band of He Is We in 2010, she reached mainstream success in 2011 with the release of Skip to the Good Part – EP.

Taylor then released a solo EP Come Alive in 2016.

After that, she began a new group reminiscent of her original group, an alt-rock outfit, the band was fronted by Rachel and had 3 other members.
Rachel explained the name change in a Facebook Comment:

He is now working through me. I’m taking the lead and following His. We all have a story to tell & #SheIsWe is about finally becoming completely transparent while telling my story. It’s terrifying, but I can’t wait.

Their album WAR has been their only release to date.
When asked if she felt the project was starting over, she replied:

I don’t see it as starting over, to be honest. I believe I’m picking up where I left off with a lot more knowledge and the balls to stand up for what I feel is right. It’s a new chapter to a very interesting book

She is We only released one album and hasn’t updated her pages since 2017, however, Rachel has gone back to He Is We to release new music.
