Saquan Dominique (born November 16, 2002), professionally known as Say Drilly, is a rapper from the Bronx, New York.

He grew up in 198th E St. in the Bronx, and is a member of the DrillyGang, alongside Lee Drilly, E-Wuu, and Murda G.

He started making music in early 2021. His first noticeable song is his feature on Nesty Gzz’s “Deadly,” which is his most popular song at the time of this annotation.
