Cardopusher, also known as Safety Trance, is a Venezuelan-born, Barcelona based DJ/producer and co-founder of the Classicworks record label.

Born Luis Ricardo Garbán Valdeón in Caracas, he began his career in the mid-2000s with breakcore and IDM, releasing his debut album Hippie Killers Don’t Mind Jah Conversations in 2006.

In 2012, he co-founded Classicworks, a label focused on house, acid, and techno.
In 2022, he launched the Safety Trance alias, exploring a fusion of industrial sounds and leftfield reggaeton. The project released the EP Noches de Terror and the single “El Alma Que Te Trajo” (with Arca), before dropping his full-length debut album sacrificio in 2026.
