Sad Robot was an alternative indie band based of Los Angeles, active from around 2012 to 2016. The band was composed of singer-songwriter Katherine Pawlak and guitarist Nicolas Perez. It was disbanded circa 2016 due to personal issues Pawlak was dealing with. The duo would shortly thereafter re-form into the band Holy Wars.
