Ashley Charles is an English chiptune artist from Hull. Sabrepulse was supposedly founded in the year 2001 when he would start releasing remixes of retro video game music. He is sometimes cited as the pioneer of Chipbreak, a genre that fuses elements of 8-bit music (or Chiptune) and Breakcore.
