RÜFÜS DU SOL (Previously known as RÜFÜS) is an indie alternative dance band from Australia, consisting of Tyrone Lindqvist, Jon George and James Hunt. In their music, they combine mesmerizing vocals and synths with a slow, deep beat.

Their full-length debut album Atlas was released in 2013 and topped the Australian charts. Following the release of their sophomore album Bloom in 2016, they gained a lot more international exposure. This forced them to change their name to RÜFÜS DU SOL in North America because of an already existing trademark on the name RÜFÜS.

In 2018, their third album Solace released on October 19. Following the release of their third album, they began touring to destinations across the US and Australia with most if not all shows being sold out.

After three, mostly quiet years, RÜFÜS DU SOL made their return in 2021 with their fourth album Surrender, released on October 21.

In October 2024, RÜFÜS DU SOL would go on to release their fifth studio album, Inhale / Exhale. The album debuted at #3 on the ARIA Album Charts solidifying their status as one of Australia’s leading musical acts. It also charted at #179 on the Billboard 200 and became their longest-charting album on the Billboard US Top Dance/Electronic Albums, where it peaked at #3 and remained on the chart for seven weeks.
