Ruby Throat, also known as Liar, Flower, are a folk music duo comprised of singer Katie Jane Garside and instrumentalist Chris Whittingham.

The two met in 2006 when Garside heard Whittingham busking in a subway in London. From then on, they began a long-term relationship, and had a daughter together named Leilani. They now spend their days sailing the world on their houseboat.
