Rogue (UK)

Rogue is a 20-year-old up and comer from South East England. He has just released his debut album, SUPERSTAR on all platforms and matches witty, choppy wordplay with electric flows in order to create a cutting-edge sound that will be at the forefront of the UK scene very soon.

Rogue (real name Wesley Ruthven) is from Haverhill, Suffolk and started out writing short stories as a child, getting published in local papers and book, however, from a young age his dad kept him around rap music, playing it in the car whenever they were together and Wesley cites those experiences with the likes of Eminem, Ja Rule, Outkast and Ludacris as the biggest influences on his music today.

Music has had a massive impact on Wesley’s life, and his Spotify debut track ‘Run it Up’ marked the start of a brotherhood between him and fellow Haverhill artist ‘Shara!’, the pair eventually ended up going to college together where their creativity as a duo blossomed and led to the creation of many of Rogue’s singles and also the formation of SUPERSTAR.
