Coming to represent Indonesia with his lyrical ability in the rap game, Billiam Susanto, or his stage name, Rephrase, started off his writing skills in his teenager period, while forming a group with his brother, Wyllable. Formerly known as B-Ly, he was included in a hip-hop duo team called B-Ly & WillFake, which is now changed to Rhymewords.
