Refused is a Swedish post-hardcore punk band from Umeå. Formed in 1991, Refused broke up after the release of their album The Shape of Punk to Come in 1998, but reunited in 2016 to record and release Freedom.

Refused would play as the fictional chromatic rock band SAMURAI for the 2020 science fiction video game Cyberpunk 2077.
