Praise Nkosinathi Ntimane, professionally known as Swæy, is a South African artist from Johannesburg, Gauteng. His musical journey began at the age of 10 in a church choir, where his passion for music took root.

In 2024, Swæy founded X Convict Inc., marking a turning point in his artistic journey. Since then, he has dedicated himself to refining his sound, songwriting and creative vision, all while learning the business of music. His creative process is rooted in observation, imagination and lived experiences, allowing emotion and experience to naturally shape each project.

Rather than viewing music as a collection of songs, Swæy believes every project begins with a world before it becomes an album. Blending melodic rap, atmospheric production and cinematic storytelling, Swæy creates a distinct world within every project.
