Ray Luv (born Raymond Tyson) is a Bay Area rapper from Santa Rosa, California. He first gained recognition performing alongside 2Pac in the early group Strictly Dope. He went on to release his debut EP Who Can Be Trusted? in 1992. He signed with Young Black Brotha Records and dropped his debut studio album Forever Hustlin' in 1995, which remains his most commercially successful project to date. Throughout his career, Ray Luv has collaborated with key Bay Area and West Coast artists including Mac Dre, Mac Mall, Young Lay and Shock G.
