R Baron Group (commonly known as R Baron) is a creative agency, management firm, and record label founded in Leimert Park, Los Angeles in 2017 by TK Kimbro and Jeremiah “Picaso” Aubert.

Known as a primary business engine behind modern West Coast hip-hop, R Baron has developed and represented a roster of key LA and Midwest artists, including Shoreline Mafia, 03 Greedo, Drakeo The Ruler, AZChike, Peysoh, and MoneySign Suede.

R Baron operates a dual-label structure that includes its Atlantic Records imprint The Machine Works alongside a Warner Music Group partnership.
